RieckFlow is not something you call once things have gone wrong. The invoice goes out through us, the payment comes in through us, and the bookkeeping happens on its own — every single time. If payment fails to arrive, payment reminders, reminder letters, debt collection and the bailiff’s court roll on within the same case, without you switching systems or lifting a finger.
No implementation, no consultant hours, no six-month project. Three steps — and the journey runs on its own from your next invoice.
See the integrationsEmail and a password — and you are in. No sales meeting, no contract to negotiate, no set-up fee.
One login to e-conomic, Dinero, Billy or Business Central. Invoices, payments and bookkeeping then flow both ways on their own.
Cadence, letterhead, tone of voice, amount thresholds and when a case may proceed to debt collection. The system then follows them — every single time, without anyone having to remember.
One invoice followed all the way — from the moment it is sent, through payment and bookkeeping, and on down through the escalation, should it become necessary. You set the cadence yourselves. Your work along the way: none.
It is created in the portal or pulled automatically from your accounting system and sent immediately — email, SMS, letter or EAN. Payment is built into the invoice: the customer pays by card, MobilePay or payment link.
AutomaticThe payment is registered daily, reconciled against the invoice and booked in your accounting system without anyone touching it. The money is on its way to you the next day. This is where the vast majority of invoices end: there is never a case, and there is no success fee.
Paid out the next dayThe same day, automatically and free of charge — friendly in tone, with the same payment link as on the invoice. Many invoices are simply forgotten, not refused.
AutomaticSent on your own letterhead and in your own tone of voice — the recipient sees a letter from you, not from a debt collection agency. Default interest starts to run.
AutomaticThe law allows three reminders at intervals of at least ten days. We use all three, because each one is a chance to settle the matter before it becomes expensive for both parties.
AutomaticThe last way out. The debtor is given the statutory ten-day deadline to pay before the claim may be passed to debt collection — and is told precisely what the next step will cost.
AutomaticNow people take over. The claim is credit-assessed within 24 hours, and you get a named case handler with a direct line. From here we call, negotiate, agree instalment plans and register the debtor with RKI (the Danish credit register) under the applicable rules.
RieckFlowIf the debtor can pay but will not, we file a payment order and appear in the bailiff’s court. The case does not change hands: the lawyer has known the claim since the day the invoice was sent and needs no briefing.
Rieck AdvokaterThe amount is reconciled and booked automatically, exactly as if the invoice had been paid on time — and the payout is on its way to you the next day. The case is closed, or continues on the remaining balance if only part of it was paid.
Paid out the next dayMost cases do. The rest are the ones that decide whether a receivables platform is worth anything.
The automation stops immediately — no further reminder is sent on top of a dispute. A lawyer from Rieck Advokater assesses the objection, and if it does not hold, the case proceeds. You are kept informed, not put to work.
We agree an instalment plan — the debtor can set it up in the portal, around the clock, without speaking to anyone. We then monitor that the plan is kept, and step in if it is not.
We do not close the case, and you are not handed a written-off claim. The claim goes into monitoring, and we resume collection automatically as soon as the ability to pay is there again — even if that takes years.
The claim is pursued through our network of local collection partners in the debtor’s home country, under that country’s rules. You follow it in the same portal as everything else.
The remaining balance continues in the same case, on the same track — it does not become a new case for you to keep track of. The part payment is booked as it should be, and the journey rolls on from there.
Whether the customer pays on the due date or only after a collection process, the payment lands in the same place: with us. The amount is reconciled against the invoice, booked in your accounting system — and is on its way to you the next day.
From Pro and up you keep the entire principal. In return, interest and fees accrue to us — and that is what keeps the price fixed, whether the case is DKK 15,000 or DKK 2 million.
